William Cochran

An early internship with Cornerstone Alliance, a community based economic development organization committed to supporting local small and minority-owned businesses in Benton Harbor, Michigan, turned into full-time employment. His work there with projects designed to attract new businesses to the area furthered the organization's mission through quality project design and implementation services, and contributed to William's sense of community. His work there included experience at the highest levels of local and state government as liaison to the state committee for Michigan's Renaissance Zone initiative.

For a time, William worked abroad with the internationally renowned and award-winning, Berlin-based firm, Hemprich Tophof. This experience, serving alongside architects known for incorporating character and quality into each of their buildings, served to reinforce William's dedication to individual and distinctive design.
